Happy Cinco De Mayo! Two of my favorite indulgences are margaritas and guacamole. . . so needless to say I love celebrating Cinco De Mayo and I want to share my favorite fiesta recipe with you!!

Before I give you the details for the best guacamole you will have ever tasted, let's make sure we are on the same page regarding the margaritas. I am not talking about the fluorescent green mix that you get at the dive Mexican food place down the street. Margaritas can be delicious without obscene amounts of sugar and food dyes.
