Lately, for the first time in my life, I have fallen off of the workout train. There are a large number of lame excuses that I have come up with from being too busy, to too tired, to it being a day that ends in y, and the list goes on. As a wellness advocate, I feel that I am not supposed to have these slip ups, but it happened. Such is life :)
